Wallace & Graham is investigating complaints of defects with consumer products.

KENMORE/WHIRLPOOL WASHING MACHINES

Models affected: Sears Kenmore, Whirlpool, Kenmore Elite, Whirlpool Sensor, Kenmore Super Capacity, Kitchen-Aid washing machines.

Defect: We are investigating complaints that the machines overflow.

GE FRIDGES – FREEZING AND FILTER CRACKS

Models affected: GE fridges and “Smartwater” filters found in GE fridges.

Defect: We are investigating complaints of water leaks, freezing and cracking of the water filters.

WATTS WATER HEATER VALVES

Models affected: Watts valves regulate temperature and pressure in water heaters. The valves are made by Watts Regulator Company. They are used in water heaters made by Bradford White, American Water Heater, A. O. Smith, Rheem, GSW, US Craftmaster, Reliant, and State Industries.

Defect: We are investigating complaints that the valves improperly break or fail.

OMNIFILTER WATER FILTERS

Models affected: Omnifilter water filter models including U24, U25, OB1, OB5, SFM1, OT5, U400, U700, O15, and R12.

Defect: We are investigating cases in which the water filters break causing water leakage into the consumer’s house.

GE DISHWASHER PUMPS

Models affected: GE Potscrubber dishwashers.
