Protection of Military Service Members

The consumer law department of Wallace & Graham prides itself on representing military service members at Fort Bragg.

We are the co-founders of a special program coordinating with the Fort Bragg Judge Advocate General Office to represent United States Military Service Members who have civil claims.

We have obtained successful settlements for soldiers and their families against out-of-state debt collectors, out-of-state internet payday lenders, and others who have taken advantage of military service members and their families.

Military families face the same problems as other consumers — but what makes the situation worse for them is that they must deal with these issues while also defending our country.

The purpose of the Fort Bragg program is to put some “teeth” in the ability of the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg, to assist service members affected by legal issues that threaten to intrude upon their operational duties and financial stability.

Wallace & Graham has the privilege of assisting in the litigation. This program, which we believe to be the first in the nation of its kind, has been nominated for an American Bar Association award. The military community is critical to our state, and we are proud to represent our soldiers.
